Youre almost right. You can go from shn>wav>shn and the md5s will verify bc it still remains lossless. But, once you rip from the CD and recompress its no longer lossless and thats why you get the failing md5. ----- Original Message ----- From: Ratcliffe, Jackson Sent: Saturday, March 02, 2002 10:55 AM To: [EMAIL PROTECTED] Subject: [etree] shn->wav->cd->wav->shn
I assumed that if I burned an audio CD from SHN, that I could go back the other way and get a SHN from my audio CD. (that way i don't have two copies of all the music) However i'm failing the md5 check sum of the resulting SHN. anyone have a clue ? thanks _______________________________________________ etree.org etree mailing list <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> http://mail.etree.org/mailman/listinfo/etree Need help?
