According to the representative I spoke with at TY's USA head sales and marketing office, TY only manufactures CDRs in Japan. They have no factories for CDRs anywhere else. I specifically asked about Taiwan - numerous times. If anyone really wants to call them themselves, I have the number - feel free to email me.
