Copy a disc image onto your hard drive, then open it in a sound editor
(i.e.-cool edit, sound forge..etc..), find the two second 'gaps and
CAREFULLY cut them out-the silences are easy to spot, but quite often, there
will be a slight 'click' at the end of the silence, so make sure you get
that too..

It's not hard, but it's a skill which takes a bit of practise-worth doing
though!!
