I carried-out some experiments with 90 min cdrs some time back and found that I got up to 92 minutes overburning with Nero. In general over burning seems to work fine with audio but if yo try it with data, such as storing your shns it seems to be a no no. I tried it at various speeds from 2 through to 16 and it made no difference. So stick to overburning audio only is my conclusion.
