"track quality" is not a measure of whether or not you got a perfect
extraction.

If you get a track quality of 100%, it just means that EAC didn't have to
reread any sectors to get a perfect extraction.  If, on the other hand, EAC
has to reread a bunch of sectors on a track, you'll get a less than 100%
extraction, yet your resulting wav is still implicitly perfect because
you're using EAC.

Another way to look at the Track Quality is, its a measure of how clean the
actual track on the CD is.
