    thats basically true.
    http://db.etree.org/etree_shnlist.php does only list taperfriendly
bands, but it doesn't encompass "all" of the etree allowed bands. it only
lists etree allowed bands that we have a db administrator for.
    so there are several bands that we do allow, but aren't listed there due
to a lack of administrators.
    if anyone can prove a band that is not listed is taper friendly, and you
would like to become an administrator for that artist, we would love to add
you as an administrator, and add the band to that list.
    you are completely correct that by going here:
http://db.etree.org/bs.php you will see every band that anyone has ever
added to their list's on the db, so you will see several bands that we do
not allow to be traded on etree mailing lists.
