Dear European Team,
We currently work to update all legal documents of OIDE (bylaws,
articles of Association, board…) because it is necessary and it is
has been requested by companies and governments interested in
helping the foundation.
For those who don’t know yet, OpenID Europe Foundation is an
International Association (AISBL) incorporated under the law of
Belgium and signed by the King of Belgium with the mission
statement : “Promoting OpenID in Europe and adapt and continue in
Europe the efforts of OIDF (USA).”
We create now the official and legal “Local Community Board Members”
with one Member Seat for each European country.
= It will be possible to express its views and to vote for the
important decisions but also if you want to propose an idea who can
be adapted everywhere.
Starting today, anyone can apply to have this position, renewable
annually.
The priority is given to Manager of the local Chapter or OIDE
Representative Member until April 15, 2008.

sent to you…
