We were planning for a late Feb event...
19th or 26th?
We need someone to act as contact for all of the companies, call them or
email them and follow up on getting as many promo freebies as possible
(like SuSE gave us 135 CDs last time, a repeat would ROCK)
Also, someone to coordinate PUBLICITY is needed. This means you will
contact ALL media (newspapers, tv, radio) and get the event publicized.
