Eugene Lug members, I have been using System Commander Deluxe ver. 4.031 on my new Athlon 500 system and have successfully installed DOS 7, Win 98, WinNT 4, and Linux Mandrake 7. The only annoyance I encounterred was w. using the OS Wizard functionality which can manipulate disk partitions. The operations worked, but I got alot of "disk error" messages, which I ignored w. no apparent harm. After that, I went to their Web site http://www.v-com.com/ and saw an offer for a discount price on their companion product Partition Commander(a competitor to Partition Magic). I called their 800 number to order it, and was told of a better alternative. They have a new System Commander 2000, which includes all the functionality of Partition Commander, and new functionality such as the ability to resize/move Linux partitions. In addition, bundled w. SC 2000 are Turbo Linux and Star Office. I orderred SC 2000 at the upgrade price of $34.95 and should get it by next week. Rodney
