WireX Researchis growing. Wirex (http://wirex.com/ ) seeks a compiler
specialist to continue development of our well-known StackGuard product
( http://immunix.org/products.html#stackguard ). The candidate should
have a strong knowledge of C compiler technology, and preferably have
knowledge or experience with the EGCS and GCC compilers (
http://gcc.gnu.org/ ) especially in the code generator. Linux experience
is also a valuable asset.
Responsibilities:
* Advanced StackGuard development
* On-going StackGuard maintenance
* Interacting with WireX appliance developers
Background/Experience:
* Extensive knowledge of compilers is required, especially code
generators
* Specific knowledge of the EGCS/GCC compiler is desirable
* B.Sc. in computer science, or equivalent is desirable
* Linux experience is desirable
