Hi all-- In case you weren't physically present (although present in mind and spirit) when I announced it, I will be quitting my job on the 24th. After two weeks in CA and two weeks of being a slacker, I will become an even bigger slacker by attending UC Berkley North (University of Oregon). After 8 years of packing a rifle in not-so-nice places, the army will now pay me a significant amount of cash to go to school (90% tuition assistance, $930/month GI bill, $120/month off on-campus housing).
