Subject: Panel at the UO School of Law's 2000 International Human Rights
    Conference

This may be of some interest to some of you who are interested in
matters of computer security, cryptography, and the legal positions
of people who break encryption schemes. Given the natures of the
speakers/debaters I expect that it will be a scintillating panel.
This issue is of special interest right now because of the legal
attack that is being made on a collection of people (and one in
particular) who managed to break the encryption system on DVDs.
