Do you mean a Makefile to compile a program that you write, or the
makefile to compile WINE?
If WINE, then try reading the INSTALL file in the distribution, it
should have instructions on how to build and install WINE, or just use
a precompiled .rpm, since you are using Mandrake. There are links to
.rpms on the Wine homepage.
