There is a mini-FAQ (Secure-POP+SSH) available which explains how to set
this up.  I haven't tried it yet but it is on my list of must have
configs, right after I get SFTP working...

It came with the FAQs on my distribution, but it's probably available at
the LDP too.  If not I can always mail it to you (about 11k).
