New kernel almost out.

The new kernel is almost out.  You'll have to read this.  I'm impressed.  It's
a long article but I think everyone will get something out it.

What really got me is there is now support for speech synthesizer cards which
will allow blind people to use linux.  

This new kernel sounds awsome.  I can't wait to get a copy.  The only thing it
won't have is the  journaling filesystem.
