I think the issue is not just how large emails through "eug-lug" are, but
we certainly need to consider the "space" we share in a more symbolic way;
this cyberspace stuff is exciting, especially for those of us who enjoy
linux and our user's group! I'm glad that we are social as well as
technical in our group, but let's keep personal responses to a minimum.
I think a link to http://my-page.at.xoom.com/check-this-out.html might be
more appropriate, for those of us who store our emails on drive space that
belongs to the State and is quota'd, and also for our dialup constituents.
Need we an IRC?? Many of us are busy with our daily routines,
educational/professional/otherwise, and we all signed on because we want
to form a local linux group. Please bear with my simplisms and keep that
ol' time R-E-S-P-E-C-T in mind :-)
turning people on every day,
ben
PS - oh yah: please reconfigure your web-based email programs to use
plaintext and not html 8^P
