Ralph Zeller converted one of your LUG flyers from Star Office to .pdf
using Ghostscript. So, I assume that it can be done w. what is already
bundled w. Linux.

On the Windows side, I got a copy of Adobe Photo Deluxe bundled w. my
CD-Rewriter that includes a printer driver to produce .pdf files.
