Either will work fine. I don't know about Mandrake, but SuSE ships
with Glide for that card. X also seems to work a bit better in SuSE
than in any other distro-- they have a number of folx on their staff
who are paid, at least part-time, to develop XFree86, and the
relationship shows.
Also, SuSE is nice, in that it comes with so much stuff that if
you've got a slow internet connection, not having to download all
the little toys you might want is a big plus.
Personally, I also *really* like the SuSE system adminstration
features.
