I like Bob's offer of his place... A bit more direct in the flow of 'traffic',
maybe not quite so much space...
something to think about and ponder.
We need someone to take 'ownership' of the event, if we are gonna do it.
Delegating pieces of it to other with more experience is fine (like getting
stuff, I've got all the contacts etc, and publicity (a big job)) but
someone needs to be
the 'main contact'
