Actually I know something that might be interesting.  There is an open (?)
project that is using computers on the Internet to scan radio signals for
alien life.

If we get our Beowulf Cluster working on it we could contribute our
software into the pool.

I think the signals are coming from a huge dish dug into Central America
somewhere.
