Not ONE of these is listed in my /etc/services file, which
makes me wonder WHAT the hell these are for.  They aren't 'standards'
by any means.

If the internal machine initates all connections, no, but if it's
possible for an external machine to 'pass thru' the firewall and
start a connection, yes.
