Fn key not working

Hi,

I can't seem to get the Fn key to work on my laptop.  I have a Dell
Latitude CPi D233St with RedHat 6.2.  I'd like to be able to toggle
through the resolutions using Fn+ctl+alt+keypad plus.  Any help would be
greatly appreciated.
