You can use kpackage if you want to use a GUI.
Options>Location of uninstalled packages>Location RPM...>
check first box and type "/mnt/cdrom/Mandrake/RPMS/"
Apply>OK
Options>Options...>All Packages>Apply>OK
Click the reload/recycle button
Click the magnifying glass>type "flash">Find>Done
Examine>Install
The command line is much quicker though.
The flash player in Mandrake 7.0 is for Flash3, I don't know about 7.1. Flash5
was released a couple months ago, Flash4 about a year ago, so your mileage
may vary.
