I recently grabbed a trial version of evolution, and was quite pleased
with the interfaces and the prospects of where the software is going. It
is currently unusable (at least my build was).
The way that I found it was through the 'helix-update' program. At the
point where you are asked which site to choose to download from the
(2nd?) option is to download the evolution preview. I did it on a
mandrake box, but my understanding of helix-update is that it really
shouldn't matter what distro you're using, considering the whole point of
helixcode. Good luck, and if you get it working (usable) let us know!
