[EUG-LUG:280] sdram question (pc100: mixing megs?)

coming to some imminent upgrades; don't know much hardware...
can I mix sizes of chips? ie 128mb existing + 256mb new?
both non-ecc, pc100; I dunno the motherboard exactly
but its a k62-350.  where do I find out this sort of
thing??
