No, switch from 'potato' or 'stable' to 'testing'

Testing is currently the optimum place to be, as an end user.
Servers should be 'stable' (ie rock solid, known versions even if older)
'unstable' or 'sid' is truly cutting edge, too much for most people.

Yes... that is the best way... it's the most solid installer (at this
time).  Progeny is still beta (#3) at this point, but does have a
graphic installer, etc...
