OK; you will need a zmodem package on the linux machine. If it is
installed, then at the command line on the linux machine you will type
$ sz <filename>
(your local command may have a different name like lsz ; you may be able
to find it by using
$ man -k sz
or
$ man -k zmodem
)
You should see some message about the transfer starting. If SecureCRT
does not automatically recognize an incoming zmodem transfer, you may
have to do something in the menus.
Sending a file to linux is similar; on the linux machine, give the command
$ rz
and then do the thing with the menus to start zmodem transfer from SecureCRT.
