Hmmm, apparently I'VE been CENSORED again.....
My reply was evidently too hot for someone's taste....maybe
the Eugene Politburo's not-so-secret police will be visiting me
next.
Perhaps the mail is just slow...I thought we didn't have knotheads
pre-filtering the mail in order to present to me what THEY feel
isn't offensive.
That's what I get for THINKING.
I hereby suggest our group form new mail policy:
1) No mail censorship based on word, size or "bad word list",
or message size (we can use our own delete key thank-you-very-much)
2) Only mail from non-subscribers be rejected or passed upon
a non-commercial content acid test. (only jobs, trade show,
pats on the back and technology announcements should come from
our corporate pals IMHO)
If you're going to think about censoring my mail, I'm going to think
about smashing your delete-key fingers. You stay out of my words
and I'll stay out of your church. Nothing burns me like someone who's
higher calling or lack of scruples demands he/she decide for me what
is obscene, offensive or pertinent for MY reading/viewing pleasure.
I'm an adult and can handle deleting what I don't like, please don't
assume my peers, friends and neighbours aren't capable of making
that same decision for themselves.
