people, and you know how you are, thanks for helping with my LINUX
related difficulties. I have this nice AMD 651 mhz chip I had to
get to run my 40g WD drive, and thanks to you all I have access to
my Qwest dial up info so I can continue to check my email and access
the web.

I got home after midnight Thursday, spent all Friday morning doing
email and web work, then slept and did other things.

That afternoon my son dropped Xkill where he shouldn't and the old
box wouldn't boot. Bad file. Today, Saturday, I brought it to Stan
and he was able to use FSCK to fix it, I didn't know how. While I
was there, I changed one of my two 32mg memory cards for a 128mg
card, so now I've got 160.

After all this, it's still not as fast as I'd like, though it's
great, fine, swell, as long as it works. I'll do what I can ot
learn more so at least my questions can be better informed.

aloha,

Lindsay Crawford
