Eugene atrium building?  (10th and Olive, kiddie corner to new library site)  Check 
out this page: http://www.sipnsurf.com/  There is a cybercafe in there.  Perhaps that 
5% is actually graded on a curve...  Sipnsurf has a dsl line, and charges 7-10 cents 
per minute.  Perhaps we can slide a deal with them to tap in for a few hours. $18 
would give us 3 hours at their 10 cent rate.  Open 10am - 3pm on Saturday.
