I highly recommend the following.  I participated in the last one (and
intend to participate in this one) and it was a very good experience.  Our
legislators are hearing from industy and big biz lobbiests everyday.  They
need to hear from their constituents!

BTW, you aren't limited to lobbying for the bills that the organizers
suggest.  You can talk about whatever interests you most (it should apply to
specific bills though).
