Yes.  With Xinerama both monitors are treated as a single display.  So
you can drag windows between monitors, the mouse just jumps to the
other monitor.  And screenshots are double-wide.

I'm using enlightenment, and with the virtual desktops set up, when I
move virtuals, both monitors move to the next desktop.  It's pretty
cool and really useful.
