You radiated the atmosphere of having a Clue, which is always worrying to
a Mac seller; and then you went and confirmed it by using a feature of
OS/X he didn't realize it had, namely, a command line.  Clearly you were
there to |-|aX0r him; you might even do something like install Yellowdog
on his display machines!
