I would never have wasted money on a closed hardware AND closed software. IMHO the MAX, et al Apples, are in the same category as C64's, CoCo's and TI-100's...they're fine for games and e-mail and the occasional provocative draft of verb or splash, but when you're ready to compute....well just do away with useless kernel fluff and just compute! jk ----------------------------- James S.
