X-CDroast should be included in 'drake8. Perhaps even installed too if it recognized your CDRW during setup. The graphical front end is sure a hell of a lot easier for some rookie like me. I'm not sure if Mandrake automatically sets up SCSI emulation like RedHat or not. Hope it did for you. I can't help on that one but it's basically needed for burning. Good luck.
