[EUG-LUG:1484] Audio capture

Hi I have a compiled program that puts out an audio stream to the speaker /dev/audio  that i would like to capture and save to a file in usable form. ie. .wav or mp3,  etc.  Anybody have any ideas without rewriting the source3. Jim K
