If the Premierelink site is problematic, we might also consider
using efn's public access room. efn's office closes at 18:00, so we
wouldn't be conflicting with open office hours, there is DSL, table space,
etc. The limitations are:

1. an efn volunteer would need to ride herd over the events; i often can't
make it THU nights due to my sign language class. Since there are several
efn volunteers active with the LUG, however, this can be covered
(bear in mind that if the site burns down or the business office subnet is
r00ted it'll be the efn volunteer's head on a platter).

2. efn's lease is due to run out in a year or so, so we may not be in this
building past that. Our search for a new space (in the event we leave here)
will attempt to provide for a public access room, but we won't know what
that's going to be like until it happens.

3. although you might think that big parking lot to the west of our building
is available for our use, the landlord doesn't see it that way. I haven't seen
parking enforcement after business hours, but if a lot of cars start showing
up after 18:00 for a LUG meeting, we might start seeing them towed away.

Since supporting public use of the Internet and facilitating education about
information technology is what we keep that room for, there shouldn't be
any trouble getting efn to authorize its use.
