I've got a Matrox G450 that I run dual head with in Linux. The downside is that 1) I can only play games if I close X and boot with only single head, and 2) I need DRI which means I need the kernel 2.4.x to run openGL games. So I had a quick question and idea. I've got an old TNT2 PCI video card -- not too fast but workable. If I put that in one of my PCI slots, can I close X and restart it with a different XF86Config to use the PCI card instead? Is it worth it? Thanks, Rob
