Rejected by listproc, but neat enough to override the foolish
program.

Earlier this afternoon my wife I attended a bar-b-queue (sp) hosted by
Paul, Seth (you really negotiate a PPP connection from your Tivo through
Ethernet?), Mike, Dale and their significant others' at Emerald Park. On
our way home we reveled at the great time we had.
Between the ubiquitous "Microsoft bashing" and the initial design plans
for a "Jelly-Jet" toaster/printer that prints the day's news on your toast
(including a product model that prints braille for the blind), I still
giggle when I think about it.
On the serious side, we laid down a foundation for doing some inter-LUG
activities. We will schedule a meeting in the near future to begin
planning. Specifically, I am looking forward to attending this Thursday's
EUGLUG clinic in Eugene. Few oppurtunities avail themselves to learn a ton
and have fun doing it. I am personally exited about these things as it
will increase the variety and scope of our events.
I just wanted to say "thanks" to you guys for all your hospitality--I know
we certainly loved being there.
