        This is just the babble of people who don't know anything about it...  But
I would think that if it boots on more than one architecture, than the
section of boot code that works for whatever architecture is the same
section of code that says what kernel to boot.  But what do I know?  Maybe I
should look at the CD with a hex editor or DFSee...

        I have high hopes for PF...  OpenBSD was the first OS that made using a
packet filter simple.
