Patrick;
I host a "newbie hour" every meeting covering Linux to non-technicals. If you do not
find another volunteer than I would be happy to.
Does your target audience wish to use Linux as a business tool (Word Processing,
Spreadsheets, e.t.c) or Linux Fundamentals (logging in, e.t.c)
If fundamentals is your aim, see this link for an idea of what I cover:
http://www.isu.edu/departments/comcom/unix/workshop/unixindex.html
If you're leaning tword the GUI, then I am prepared to give an effective demonstration
of my wife's machine; An Athlon 1.0 GHz machine running Gnome/Ximian and Nautilus. I
have AbiWord and GNUCash to round out the picture.
Believe me, I like showing off this machine.
You may have an audience in mind that I have not addressed. If so, let me know and I
will see what I can prepare.
Unfortunately I am not available during the day but I can do this after work or on the
weekend.
