I don't believe the 8129 driver will work with an 8029.  If it is a pci card, you 
should be able to use the ne-2kpci.  If it is an isa card, you need a module called ne.

parameters are things you can put in like:
irq=5 io=220 dma=1

If it's pci, it shouldn't need parameters, just press enter.
