That's one of the issues we will be examining at the meeting.  We may be
able to set the machines to dual-boot, so we could just boot them to linux
for our meetings and reboot them to windoze when we finish; or we may be
setting up an arrangement to boot from a server; or other scenarios as we
figure them out...
