The UDHR is just a bunch of stuff some people thought were good ideas at the time -- a time before the potential consequences of ignorance of individual human difference were fully realized. The UDHR is a proclamation of a common standard of rights many of which give everyone, regardless of competence (i.e. g-loaded IQ), equal access to public resources and equal voice in public decision-making. This means that if one was to conclude for example, after a thorough review of the scientific literature on the subject, that willful incorporation of cognitive descrimination into one or more areas of society would be mutually beneficial for all, one would then be guilty of being "against the UDHR." -Chris
