OK, but I'll give a cookie to whoever can figure out why my apache log
doesn't rotate...  Nothing in error logs even, just complete lack of
rotation.  Wierd...  Maybe a bug in OpenBSD 2.8-stable???  Don't know,
come to think of it, I've been trying to get it to work for months...  I
think I just gave up last time and tried it again when I updated to
2.8...
