The "Justice" Department is working under the orders of the "President" (which is the 
*only* 9-letter word that dolt can spell).  However, the court may or may not agree 
with the DOJ's recommendation, and ultimately it is the courts that will have the 
final say.  I don't think they'll break up Mickey$uck, but they might do something 
like make them sell off MSN and not let them implement .NET, much in the manner of the 
breakup of AT&T.
