I think EFN is a great place for EUG-LUG, as the missions of each are very simular,
and quite parallel(sp?).
However there is currently a bit of turmoil, things will settle down eventually...
EWEB has been mentioned many times as a meeting place over the years, but I
guess nobody really looked into that.. Ive been to simular (other computer meetings)
there, and think that it would be a great place to do what we want, the only issue I
can think of is internet access... but thats because I just dont know what they can
offer us in that arena. I do know that they have a large parking lot, they are
centrally located, near bicyle lanes, have a lovely view of the river and seem
amicable to groups like ours. Im not so good at making arrangements with folks, so I
hope that someone on the list can investigate and possibly make arrangemnets with EWEB.
