As far as I know, all sources are saying to upgrade 7.0 boxes, as it's not as supported. I guess if you have a mission-critical box that can't go down, or not enough resources to accomplish a reinstall, theen it'd be fine... if there are no vulnerable services running on open ports available to the outside.
