XP is Win2K with fluff.

<< All the fading effects can be disabled as well to speed up performance. 
Turn off the damned personalized menus too for less confusion.

<< Experience says I can disable half the crap in 10 minutes time. 
<< Not to mention after the end of this year NT4 will no longer be supported 
by M$ and 2000 will be fazed out within a couple years as well so.....
