That's a great idea. I miss a lot about OS/2's WorkPlace Shell. I have the most recent (last) version of BeOS and the GoBe office suite. I don't have them up and running at present, but I could probably find a machine they could run on so people could take a look. However, it's usually better when show and tells are done by "real" users, which I am not. > > -----Original Message----- > > From: [EMAIL PROTECTED] [mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED]]On Behalf > > Of Mark Bigler > > Sent: Tuesday, October 23, 2001 9:17 AM > > To: [EMAIL PROTECTED] > > Subject: [EUG-LUG:3368] Re: the windoze XP-erience > > > > On Tuesday 23 October 2001 08:32, Justin Bengtson wrote: > > > well that was a big no. forget i said anything. > > > > Your offer to bring a Win XP machine to the next meeting probably > > raised a number of mixed emotions.
